Brisbane: Don't be a fool! Change your smoke alarm

The rest of the country uses daylight saving changes to remind them to check their smoke alarm battery… so what are Queenslanders to do? Easy! The Queensland Fire and Rescue Service (QFRS) are running their annual "Don't be a fool, Change your smoke alarm battery" campaign. Take action to potentially save the lives of your loved ones: change your smoke alarm battery on April 1.

Melbourne: Melbourne International Comedy Festival

Sydney: National Smile Day

This Sunday is Smile Day - Australia's Annual Fundraising Day for Clown Doctors! They do an amazing job every year putting a smile on the faces of sick kids right around Australia.
